Frp Spiral Column is a novel product that combines the advantages of fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) and concrete to create a strong and durable structural element. FRP is a composite material that consists of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers, such as glass, carbon, or polyester. FRP has high strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and design flexibility. Concrete is a widely used construction material that has high compressive strength, fire resistance, and low cost. Product Features

Frp Spiral Column consists of an external FRP tube that is filled with concrete and internally reinforced with FRP spiral bars. The FRP tube provides confinement to the concrete core, increasing its strength and ductility. The FRP spiral bars provide additional reinforcement to the concrete, preventing strain-softening behavior and improving the stiffness and energy absorption of the column.

Frp Spiral Column can be fabricated in various shapes and sizes, such as square, circular, or rectangular cross-sections. The corner radius of the square columns can be adjusted to optimize the confinement effectiveness of the FRP tube. The FRP tube can also be customized with different colors, textures, or patterns to suit the aesthetic requirements of the project.

Frp Spiral Column can be easily installed on site using simple tools and techniques. The FRP tube can be cut to the desired length and joined with adhesive or mechanical connectors. The concrete can be poured into the FRP tube using conventional methods or precast in advance.
