Two storage tanks separately store resin and curing agent; According to the performance and process requirements of the rubber, the rubber in the material tank can be subjected to a series of pretreatment, such as heating, refrigeration and constant temperature control (low temperature in winter, heating to reduce the viscosity of the rubber and improve its fluidity; high temperature in summer, cooling to inhibit its reaction activity), stirring (anti precipitation and ensure uniform material temperature), vacuum pumping (vacuum defoaming and vacuum preservation of raw materials). The appropriate metering pump is matched according to the performance of the rubber and the process flow requirements. The metering system adopts the servo motor to drive the imported precision metering pump to realize the accurate metering and continuous and stable feeding of resin and curing agent. The patented static mixing device ensures the uniform mixing of resin and curing agent adhesive. The equipment has the characteristics of wide discharge range, accurate and stable discharge, ultra wide variable proportion, easy regulation and stable glue injection pressure. It can be applied to the production line with two-component and different proportion requirements.
