Double station mechanical hydraulic pultrusion machine is mainly used for the production of products within 5kg of the meter weight of the profile products, double station independent control. Traction and propulsion using servo motor + reducer traction, smooth operation without fluctuations. Clamping adopts single gantry double hydraulic cylinder pressing mode, servo hydraulic system, long clamping length, large contact area with products, not easy to slip.
The operating case adopts the suspension rotating case, independent temperature control instrument; 10-inch large screen plus protective cover plate, knob button partition arrangement is convenient to control.
The tractor is equipped with automatic lubrication device, which can lubricate the guide rail effectively on a regular basis. The front section of the traction gantry is equipped with a guide device to prevent the product from swinging from side to side during the production process.
